Horay..! Did you see my new favicon? Favicon is a small logo for your website. It is usually put next to your url. See my domain url above, did you see the blue globe picture? Yes, that blue globe picture is my favicon.

Well, I heard favicon also attracts more traffic to your blog by standing out against others who don’t sport a favicon themselves.

For wordpress user, this is very simple. You can have your very own favicon in less than 10 minutes by using the MaxBlogPress Favicon Wordpress Plugin!

1. Install the plugin at MaxBlogPress Favicon

2. Go to your dashboard => Plugin => activate MBP favicon

3. Go To Setting =>MBP favicon=> click on the icon you like or browse from your computer => then click save

4. It is Done! It is very easy, isn’t it?
Now, your blog is already equipped with the small but powerful tool called favicon.

After installing MaxBlogpPress Favicon:
1. Your favicon will appear in the head section of your blog
2. It will even get in the root folder of your blog (e.g.yourblog.com/favicon.ico)
3. And of course in the RSS feed itself!

Now, start find and create your own favicon! Happy Blogging guys!
